Cyril Moreau, a Global Operations, Sales and Services Executive, brings years of experience managing cross functional cultural teams and building strategic partnerships in fast-paced competitive environments in Operations, Sales and Professional Services for Software Solutions in both government and commercial industries.

Since 2010, Cyril founded International Executive Consulting LLC, to help startups in building their long term strategy and build foundations for the future as well as introduce investors (VC, PE, Hedge Funds, and Private), help negotiating deals for startups and companies seeking funds. 

Early 2008, Cyril joined Strategic Thought to run their Global Services team, create and implement a new strategy to improve Services revenues as well as utilization. Within 5 months, Cyril was transferred in the USA and relocated to Washington DC. As their Senior Vice President Americas and Global Services, Cyril’s task was to restructure and organize the Americas Operations, become the board member for the same while running the Services organization both in the UK and the US. In less than 18 months, it resulted in the US being profitable for the first time.

Prior to this, in early 2006, Cyril was headhunted to join Thomson Reuters as their International Client Services Director. In this position, while building strategic partnerships around Europe, Middle East, South Africa and Asia Pacific, Cyril reorganized and reenergized the Services organization across EMEA and APAC. He also opened the facilities in Hong Kong.

In  2005, Cyril joined Panacea as a contractor to help the company go through the audit and management buyer process, acting as well as their Development and Services Director. This was an interim board position, and the management buyer process was a success.

From 2001 to 2005, Cyril was with Niku Corporation (acquired by CA in 2005) as their Director Global Services EMEA.  While at Niku, he built the partnership strategy, and signed partners like Cap Gemini and BT. He also revamped the Services and Support organizations in EMEA defining and developing the methodologies, growing the team significantly and increasing utilization dramatically. Last but not least he developed major accounts in France, Singapore, UK and Germany, exceeding the yearly revenue by far and doubling the profit margin.
